# ORGANIZATION_INACTIVE

> HTTP 403 — Account inactive

**HTTP status:** 403 · The key's account is inactive.

## When it fires

The API key is valid, not revoked and not expired, but the account it belongs to is `suspended` or `cancelled`.

## Why it happens

* The account was suspended (for example after an abuse report).
* The account was closed.

## How to fix

* Contact [support@kash.bot](mailto:support@kash.bot). The key starts working again as soon as the account is active; it does not need to be reissued.
