# Partner Portal quickstart

> Create your organization and get set up in the Partner Portal — self-serve

The Partner Portal is the self-serve home for your organization: analytics, earnings, market curation, branding, team, and billing. This page walks you from first sign-in to a fully set-up organization.

## 1. Sign in

The portal uses Privy for authentication. Sign in with:

* **Email** — a one-time code, no password
* **Google**
* **X (Twitter)**

Signing in with X is a natural fit if you plan to run markets for your X audience, but any method works.

## 2. Create your organization

On first sign-in you'll be prompted to create your organization:

| Field         | What it's for                                                        |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Name          | Your organization's name                                             |
| Slug | Your URL handle — this becomes your public namespace on app.kash.bot |
| Contact email | Where Kash reaches you about your organization |
| Branding | Display name, tagline, and logo — all editable later |

New organizations start on the basic tier under the Kash parent organization. You can upgrade at any time from Billing.

## 3. Work through the onboarding checklist

The portal dashboard shows a setup checklist that tracks four steps:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Organization created">
    Done as soon as you complete step 2.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Billing active">
    Set up a paid subscription in **Billing** if you want tiered features — free-tier organizations can skip this and still curate markets.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Platform connected">
    Connect the platform where your markets will be distributed — for example your X account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Credentials stored">
    Store the delivery credentials for your connected platform so Kash can post and respond on your behalf.
  </Step>
</Steps>
